Katrina Kaif is signed for Salman Khan’s Bharat after Priyanka Chopra’s exit from the film

The makers of the film Bharat signed Katrina Kaif for the role which Priyanka Chopra quit. Priyanka Chopra was supposed to play the role but she suddenly made an exit from the movie. Reports say that Priyanka’s engagement was the reason for her exit. Now Katrina will gonna play the role. She will be the love interest of Salman Khan in Bharat.

Post Priyanka Chopra’s exit every one was eagerly waiting for the new heroine which will gonna be cast for the role. Both Katrina and Deepika Padukone were prime contenders for the film. No wonder  Katrina has been finalized eventually.

In their last release, both Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan has created the magic on screen with Tiger Zinda hai. This time also their fans are expecting that the duo will give a blockbuster hit.

The shooting for the movie has already started

The shooting for the movie has already started from July. Katrina Kaif will be soon joining the shoot in the upcoming schedules.

Bharat is a remake of the Korean drama Ode To My Father. The movie also stars Sunil Grover, Tabu, Jackie Shroff and Disha Patani in the pivotal parts. The movie is going to release during Eid 2019.

OMG!! Priyanka Chopra quits Bharat, Co-Producers says she is unprofessional

Although director Ali Abbas Zafar wished Priyanka Chopra lots of luck, indirectly hinting that engagement to Nick Jonas was the reason for her exit from Bharat, yet producers of the film seem to be little ruffled with the actress’ last minute drop-out.

In a conversation with Mid-day, Nikhil Namit, the CEO of Reel Life Productions, who is the co- producer of the film, said that Priyanka intimated the team just two days ago He also cited her move as "unprofessional".

Nikhil said to a leading tabloid,

"Priyanka told us she had to exit due to her engagement, two days ago. It was a little unprofessional of her to do it so suddenly".

Nikhil not only shared that the producers are not very happy with her last minute exit from the movie.

According to Mid Day report, Priyanka was keeping the makers of Bharat in the loop about her probable resignation from the project. The report says,

"Priyanka had been in talks with the Bharat team over the past two weeks about how she may have to opt out for personal reasons. Sensing Priyanka's iffy attitude, Salman initiated talks with Katrina during their Dabangg Reloaded Tour in the US. Other names including that of Jacqueline are also being tossed around".

Ishaan Khatter shares his words on a popular film magazine

Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor who are garnering accolades for their performance in Dhadak are now featuring on the cover of a popular film magazine. The young actors are wide grins on their faces after their movie got huge success. In the cover of film magazine both looked quite stunning together.

Ishaan opened up about Janhvi with the magazine reporter. He mentioned how he has found a ‘lifetime friend’ in Janhvi. He also mentioned that his ‘trajectory’ is same as that of his half-brother, Shahid Kapoor.

“It’s going to be a lifelong friendship. It felt like being on set with your best friend. Touchwood! There was a lovely energy on the set during the making of the film. We’ve just been honest and straight up with each other. We’ve been passionate about our work. Also, we’ve been able to share our feelings and our vulnerabilities”.

He also shared how he used to accompany his big brother Shahid to his film sets as kid. He shared, 

“His first film (Ishq Vishk) released in 2003. I was eight when he became a film star. I was fascinated by it all. So I’d run around with him on his sets. I was on his sets almost every day. I’d watch the actors, the cinematographers… Initially, I loved him and idolised him”.

Ishaan also talked about his equation with Shahid. The young acyor added, 

“Ours is a rare equation. He loves to play the big brother card. But at the same time, he likes to talk to me like a friend and share his experiences. Interestingly, I’m in a similar position to where he was when he was my age. We both began at the same time. We’ve had similar trajectories. So we can exchange perspectives”.

We also loved the chemistry between the two in Dhadak and we hope that two shine in their professional as well as personal lives.

Anupam Kher in a new avatar in The Accidental Prime Minister

The key players in the The Accidental Prime Minister have been unveiled.

Anupam Kher, is playing the role of Dr Manmohan Singh. His look in the movie resembles so much with former PM of india.

Happy birthday himesh Reshammiya!! The actor-singer celebrates his bornday in Japan

Himesh Reshammiya is celebrating his 45th birthday in Tokyo today with wife Sonia. He had a stage show Tokyo last weekand. After playing his past chartbusters, including “Hookah Bar”, “Aashiq Banaya Apne”, “Jhalak Dikhka Ja” and “Jumme Ki Raat,” among others, the singer-actor decided to extend the trip to celebrate his big day.

A source close to the couple reveals to Mirror,

“Himesh prefers working on his birthday and this time the couple wanted to try something different. They brought in the day with some sightseeing and spending quality time together.”

Himesh and Sonia tied the knot on May 11 this year. They had a very traditional ceremony which was attended by their family and close friends. Himesh’s son, Swaym, from his previous marriage was also present at the marriage.
