He also admitted that he doesn’t get time often enough to spend with his baby niece.

I do get to spend time with her, but not often enough. I would say because of the nature of our work. They also get busy sometimes while travelling. But Misha is developing and growing in a beautiful manner.

Tarak Mehta kaa Oolta Chasma’s Dr. Hansraj Hathi passes away

The actor Kavi Kumar Azad passes away on Monday morning. He was famous for his character Dr. Hansraj Haathi from Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma. On Monday the actor was rushed to the hospital as he was feeling unwell. Sadly, the actor passed away before he could taken to the hospital. The doctors revealed that a cardiac arrest was the cause for the actor’s untimely demise.

Asit Kumar Modi, the producer of the show confirmed his death. The producer said,

We are very sad to inform loss of our senior actor Kavi Kumar Azad. He was playing the character of Dr Hathi in Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma. We lost him to a massive cardiac arrest today morning. He was an amazing actor and a very positive person. He truly Loved the show and always came for the shoot even if he was not feeling well. He called today morning that he is not well and will not be able to come for shoot. And later we got the news that he passed away. We are all too numb to say anything,” Asit Kumarr Modi said in a statement.

The late actor was part of the Tarak Mehta team for 8 years. He was very favourite among his co-actors and also among his fans.

A source close to the show’s unit said,

He spoke to Asit on phone that he won’t be coming for the shoot today as he was unwell. He has been unwell for the last few days but still reporting for work.

We all are very emotional by the sudden demise of the actor who brought a smile on so many faces. R.I.P, Kavi Kumar.
